BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is a family suite, all the other rooms have a deck above which can also accommodate an extra adult or children. - All 3 bedrooms have heaters. - Attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms whereas balconies are offered in all of the rooms. - All bedrooms have a king-size bed. All bedrooms have a provision for extra bedding as floor mattresses. BATHROOMS: - There are 5 bathrooms - 4 attached and 1 common. - Geysers, showers, towels, and toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS: - The living room seats up to 15-18 people. - It offers a large flat-screen TV, music system and a Bluetooth speaker. - Board games, chess, and carrom board and a well-stocked library are also available. - There is a patio overlooking the tons river in the front attached to the living room and big lawns at the back of the villa. - Events can be organized at an additional cost, on prior notice. KITCHEN: - There is a fully functional kitchen in the common area. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people. - Though a private chef is available to prepare sumptuous meals of your choice, guests do have access to the kitchen. - A wide range of food is offered. - For vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, a complete 3-course lunch is priced at INR 500.00 per person, per meal, and dinner is priced at INR 600 per person, per meal. - Snacks, beverages, and desserts are served as per the A la' Carte menu (on actuals). Located in the foothills of the Himalayas along with the convergence of Tons and Rispana River, Jaspur is a small Village in the Dehradun district, located close to Mussoorie in Uttarakhand. The village is known for its adventure activities, ancient temples, popular cafes, and the valley of lights. Gateway to Garhwal Himalayas, Our location is also a pilgrimage town and one of the holiest places for Hindus. The property is halfway up to Mussoorie and has panoramic views equal to none. The tranquil town has long been a spiritual center but is equally popular for forest walks, bungee jumping, mountain biking, and camping along the perineal River. It also serves as the gateway to many Himalayan treks. Malsi Reserve forest adjoins the property, which is known for its diverse species of birds. 20 mins away from the property are various art studios, cafes, and hotspots for families and young adventure seekers. While following the maps one will cross Dehradun city and head towards the "Antara- Senior living" after crossing the "Antara" one will cross the "Punjab National Bank- Purkal" after that one will cross "Electricity power plant" on the left-hand side and going forward one will see the road getting wider and divided in two different directions in "V" shape. The Right-hand side road will have a sign-board written "Kathkuni Homestay" and the left-hand side road will have a sign-board written "Purkal Youth Development Society". Please take the left-hand side from the diversion and follow the "Purkal Youth Development Society", after crossing the "PYDS" one needs to go forward for around 500-700 meters and the property can be seen at the left-hand side of the road. The property has a big "Blue" color door. Smoking is allowed only in outdoors. Loud music is not allowed. There may be a few insects you might get to see being the property in a village and with a forest view but they are harmless. Please note that you are opting for a "Home stay Property" and not a " Hotel" Please do not expect it to have everything that a hotel offers but we assure you that you will be well looked after and we will certainly try to make your stay comfortable.
