Ahem Prema is a family-only venue, ensuring a peaceful environment for you and your loved ones. Please note, this is not a venue for parties or loud gatherings, which helps us maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all our guests. Your Space o Bedrooms: Each room is furnished with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets to keep you comfortable. If you need extra bedding, please let us know. o Bathrooms: We’ve stocked basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) for your convenience. You’ll also find towels in the bathroom cabinet. o Living Area: This is your space to relax—feel free to read a book, watch TV, or simply lounge on the sofa after a long day of exploring. o Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. You’re welcome to cook your own meals. Just remember to switch off all appliances when you’re done and to keep the area clean for everyone’s comfort. Useful Amenities o Wi-Fi Access: The network name and password are provided in the welcome folder (or on a small card near the router). o Air Conditioning & Heating: Please turn off the AC/heater when you leave the apartment to help us conserve energy. o Power Backup: While we have an inverter battery for basic lighting and essential functions, heavy appliances (like water heaters, large AC units) will not be supported during power outages. Housekeeping & Daily Routines 1. Maid Service (Approx. 10:00 AM) o A maid arrives each morning around 10:00 AM to clean, mop, dust, and wash dishes. o If you prefer not to be disturbed or would like the maid to come at a different time (or skip cleaning entirely), please let us know in advance. 2. Garbage Collection (Approx. 9:00 AM) o The local garbage collector rings the doorbell around 9:00 AM daily to collect trash. Water Supply & Motor Usage • The homestay uses a water motor to pump water from the tank when supply runs low. • If you notice low water pressure in taps or showers, you may need to turn on the water motor switch located in the kitchen. • Important: o Switch off the motor as soon as the tank is full or water pressure returns to normal. o Leaving the motor on unnecessarily can burn out the motor and cause water overflow. If you’re unsure about operating it, please reach out to us or our caretaker for assistance. o Always exercise caution and avoid running the motor for extended periods. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort. This includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen and parking. The dedicated workspace in the apartment makes it easy for those who need to stay productive during their visit. - Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards, and we ask that guests check out by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning. Late check-out is available upon request and may incur additional fees. - Parking: Car needs to be parked in the dedicated visitors parking lot located near the society entrance gate. - House Rules: To maintain the tranquility of our space, we do not allow parties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balconies. Pets are not allowed in the property. - Cleaning: Daily maid service is available around 10:00 AM. If different timing or privacy is preferred, please let us know in advance. - Safety: Emergency contact numbers and a first-aid kit are available for any unexpected situations.
