Property Layout: * 2.5 Acre farm villa - rented as an entire / independent property only * Sunahari Bagh villa consists of 5 bedrooms, It has two units- -one is main villa with three bedrooms with attached washrooms and balconies (one on ground floor, two bedrooms on upper level), living room, kitchen, dining area. -Second unit is situated opposite to main villa which consists of two bedrooms with attached washroom in it. * The farm villa has a total sleeping capacity for 15 guests (5 Bedrooms and 1 Living Room with extra beds) * Minimum price to book the villa remains same for upto 9 guests. After 9 guests, extra person charges apply. Max sleeping allowed for 15 guests only (including children). * Living area located in the villa is lavishly designed and decorated with formal / informal sitting for upto 16 guests along with a 7 seater dining table. *If you enjoy the activity, there is a newly built swimming pool with an outdoor bar and plenty of places around the pool to sit and relax. There is a walking path in the farmhouse, amenities for badminton, a place for a bonfire, and lots of indoor games. And there is a music system to help you dance your energy away! We also have provision for bonfires on those nippy nights * Spacious & equipped kitchen Recreation * Badminton and Cricket apparatus * Music System * Barbecue (Please read charges below) * Bonfire (Please read charges below) Other attractions: * Huge outdoor party area decorated with hanging lights besides the fountain. * Landscaped Lawns with Outdoor sitting / furniture Amenities: * Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like gas stove, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery. * The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners / blowers & oil heaters * 4-G WIFI internet connectivity is provided * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply * The property has 100% power back up. * Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check in. * Housekeeping is provided daily between 10 AM - 12 PM Security: The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gate is closed by 11 PM for security reasons. Hosting Events / Gatherings: * Narcotics are strictly prohibited * Please speak to us at the time of making the booking if you'd want to invite *people over for a get-together party. * There shall be additional charges of INR 1000 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed twenty-five people. * Bringing outdoor help like bartenders and servers are not allowed for a group -of fewer than 25 people. Also, there will be a floating charge for them also. * The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:00 pm. After 11 pm the visitors will also be charged for their stay 1000/head. * Our farm villa can be booked for private celebrations, birthday parties, family affairs, pre/post-wedding ceremonies, corporate events, etc. Our property can accommodate up to 200 guests easily. * Parties are allowed in open areas only. * For private parties / social gatherings (non-wedding related) and maximum up to 50 guests a flat rental charge of INR 75000 per day is charged in addition to the property booking for staying guests. This charge is towards property rental and necessary permissions. * For larger gatherings (upto 200 guests) and wedding / pre-wedding gatherings we will send a customized quote on request. *If the property is being booked for series of events, these charges will be applicable on a daily basis based on the number of visiting guests per day. Our team will be keeping a head count same way as catering does. * We can organize catering & decor for events through our catering & decor partners at affordable rates. Bonfire Charges - Rs. 2000 per bonfire (for 3 hours). If it is required for a longer time, additional Rs. 500 will be charged per hour. Please note: We must be punctual with our timings, as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guest's experience being compromised. So we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 minutes before your check-out time, as we understand it takes time to pack. Guests booking the farm will enjoy complete privacy and full access to the Primary unit of 3 Bedrooms with living room and 2 additional rooms on the secondary unit and dining room and entire 2 acre farm house villa and lawns. * The staff stays at the property to oversee the convenience and comfort of the guests.
