The farmhouse is located a little ahead of Manesar. You need to enter the best western resort country club in Manesar to get here. Once you enter the Resort, it's a 5-minute drive from there. Detailed directions will be provided by the host once you book.

-There shall be additional charges of INR 1000 per visitor, and the gathering should not exceed twenty-five people.
-The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:00 pm. After 11 pm the visitors will be charged for their stay 1500/head.
-There'll be an additional charge of INR 5,000 per day for hiring our cook to prep your meals. Alternatively, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen by adding INR 3,000.

It is the stronghold of the Syrian Christian community, with over 200 churches. One of which - ‘Cheriapally’ - is over 300 years old and is a fine example of period architecture. 

Kottayam is located at the foothills of the Western Ghats and is close to several plantations and has become a trading centre for plantation crops: rubber, tea, pepper and cardamom.

There are 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the ground floor with 2 fully equipped bathrooms.

The bathrooms are large and airy, with individual courtyards to enjoy your outdoor shower. All bathrooms have wardrobes, geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

The living area is spacious and has more than sufficient seating space for all guests.
Lawns on all four sides surround the farmhouse with a different view from each side.
The lawn is over 13,400 sq. ft. - and is great for playing a game of cricket or having a meal.


INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host would be available over the phone at all times. Apart from there is a well-trained and responsible caretaker, present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a comfortable stay.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as Card games, Monopoly, Twister and Tambola.

For the hikers, who would like to explore the area, there are interesting places to
explore like the ancient temple on top of the hills overlooking the valley.

Bird watching while sitting on the verandah, you can sight Blue Kingfishers, Drongos, Owls, Whooping Doves, Bee-Eaters, Parakeets, Greater Coucal and many other species
that are regular visitors to the farm.

There is an ancient bauli or stepped-well, with interesting folklore, in the nearby town of Neemrana and the local caretaker would be happy to show you around

Neemrana Fort Palace: Located about 15 km, this 15th century fort palace offers a glimpse into the region's rich history and architecture.

Sariska National Park: About 88km, it is a wildlife reserve which is home to a variety of animals, including tigers, leopards, and deers.

Alwar: A city located about 80km, known for its rich history, palaces and fortresses.

Siliserh Lake: located about 68km, it is a beautiful man-made lake surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, and a popular spot for boating and picnicking.

Please note that these distances may vary depending on the exact location of your farmhouse in Jonaycha Kalan and the routes taken.

The village does not have much transportation infrastructure, so the best way to get around would likely be by own car.

> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may use designated outdoor areas.
> Pets are welcome (maximum 2). We request pet owners to ensure they remain within the boundary walls and do not climb on the furniture.
