Bageecha Vrindavan – Boutique Farmstay Overview Bageecha Vrindavan is conveniently situated just a few minutes’ drive from Vrindavan’s major temples, including Prem Mandir and the ISKCON Krishna Balaram Temple. In fact, the famous Banke Bihari Temple is only about 4.8 km away (approximately a 10-minute drive). Despite being close to these landmarks, the property lies off the bustling city streets, offering a quiet rural ambiance – truly a peaceful haven in Lord Krishna’s city. Accommodation Details Bageecha Vrindavan features 7 private cottages within its 2-acre farm stay. Each cottage is a standalone unit (you get the entire cottage to yourself) with the following configuration: 1 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom: Furnished with a king-size double bed and an attached modern bathroom. An extra floor mattress can be provided to accommodate a third guest, so each cottage sleeps up to 3 guests comfortably. Cozy Interiors: The cottages are designed with rustic charm yet equipped for comfort. Inside you’ll find a plush double bed with quality linen, seating (sofas/chairs), and tasteful, simple décor reflecting local elegance. Private Patio: Every cottage opens to a personal sit-out or patio where you can lounge and enjoy views of the lush gardens and farm greenery in privacy. All cottages are identical in layout and amenities, ensuring each guest has the same comfortable experience. If you’re traveling with a large group or family, you can book multiple cottages – it’s even possible to reserve all 7 cottages for a group retreat or event (with prior arrangement). This gives you exclusive use of the entire property while maintaining individual cottage privacy. We offer farm-fresh meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared on-site for an additional charge. You can opt to add meals (individually or as a package) to your booking, or simply decide on arrival and pay as you order. Our menu features organic, home-cooked items grown on the farm for an authentic experience. (Tea/coffee can be provided; outside food is not allowed on the property, to maintain our farm’s hygiene and tradition.) Housekeeping & Services: There is no extra fee for housekeeping or basic services – daily cleaning, fresh linens, and caretaker assistance are included in the stay. These services are part of the hospitality and do not incur additional cost. Any optional services (for example, a bonfire setup or barbecue dinner) will be discussed with you along with any nominal fees, if applicable. You’ll be surrounded by greenery – lawns, gardens, and fields where we grow vegetables, grains, and even tend to dairy cows. Guests are welcome to stroll through the farm, enjoy the open spaces, and even participate or observe farming activities. The ambiance is very natural – you may wake up to peacocks calling and spot horses grazing on the grounds! It’s an ideal setting for nature lovers. Outdoor Recreation: There are thoroughbred horses on-site – you can interact with them under staff supervision (a joy for animal lovers and kids). We also have a small setup to practice golf swings; guests can try their hand at golf with guidance from the staff. In the evenings, we can arrange a bonfire where you can gather under the stars. There’s plenty of space for morning walks, meditation, or even outdoor games (feel free to request a frisbee or ball). On-Site Café & Dining: Bageecha has an on-site café and dining area overlooking the garden and horse paddocks. It’s a shared space where guests from the cottages can enjoy meals or tea/coffee. We serve farm-to-table food – you can savor home-cooked breakfast and dinners here (by prior order). The shared dining hall also lets guests mingle if they wish, creating a homely atmosphere. Kitchenette (Reheating Only): We maintain a shared kitchen/pantry space equipped for reheating food. (For safety and as part of house rules, cooking by guests is not allowed, but our cook is available to prepare any meals you request.) This arrangement ensures you can warm up any baby food or special items you bring, or have a quick instant noodle/tea, while full cooking is handled by our staff. Wi-Fi: Wireless internet is available across the property. Wi-Fi access is provided to guests, though note that it is a paid service or limited-use service. (We do this because the retreat encourages digital detox and our satellite broadband has limited bandwidth. The fee is nominal if you need extra data for work/emergency.) Basic connectivity for messaging is generally available without charge, and mobile networks work decently in the area.
