Ground floor: Spacious living & dining area (no AC but naturally cool) Fully staffed kitchen (homely meals at ₹1200/head/day) 2 AC bedrooms with work tables & attached washrooms Half washroom for common use First floor: Large AC lounge with smart TV 2 more AC bedrooms (incl. 1 single occupancy room with work desk) Panoramic views of the Yamuna River With indoor games like chess, UNO, and carrom, and badminton in the lawn, it’s perfect for slow travelers, artists, and families. Guests have access to the entire villa including all 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining space, lawns, balconies, and indoor games. The kitchen is staff-operated. The staff is available at the property to take care of our guests, we are available on a call or messages. The villa is equipped with 5 air-conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the family room) and 5 water heaters. However, as we are located in a rural setting, electricity supply can sometimes be inconsistent—at times all ACs work perfectly, while occasionally they may not. To ensure comfort, we have a solar-powered inverter that supports essential appliances such as lights, fans, and the refrigerator. Please note, we’ve chosen not to use a large diesel generator to keep the experience eco-friendly. That said, for most of the year (8–9 months), air-conditioning is rarely needed thanks to the naturally pleasant climate. • We offer simple, homely meals at ₹1200 per person per day (all meals included). • The ground floor living area stays naturally cool and is fitted with a water cooler instead of AC. • A perfect retreat for nature lovers, writers, poets, or families seeking peace and quiet. • Strong mountain winds and sweeping river views add to the charm of this unique clifftop setting.
